Dr. Forrester takes pride in learning how he can make a difference for each and every patient, paying special attention to the goals and priorities that are important to you. He offers two options for your initial visit.
Meet with Dr. Forrester to discuss your reasons for visiting, concerns or worries you may have and what you hope to accomplish. We will also provide you general pricing and timeline information.
In addition to a 30-Minute Consultation, Dr. Forrester will perform a
detailed examination (x-rays & photos as need) and provide a
detailed plan. Afterwards, we will provide you with exact costs and
options for treatment.
* Please bring a list of medications you take, previous photos of your smile that you would lime to emulate.
We’re thrilled to have you as a new patient at our practice. To keep your information safe and accessible, we use a system called Curve to manage all of our patient forms. Upon scheduling your appointment with us, you will receive an email to setup an account with our system and complete all applicable new patient forms.
